I purchased MycoMedica products to boost my immunity and I soon felt their effects. I wake up feeling refreshed, my digestion is better and my cravings for cigarettes (I smoked occasionally for about 20 years) and alcohol have gone from one day to the next. I have also adjusted my diet as recommended and my cravings for fried and sweet things have gone. I don't know if it's the sponges, that's not why I bought them, but it's a nice side effect. :)
