I am reviewing Myco Medica, the best Vital Sponges on the market and I must thank the consultant at Myco Medica, Dr. Lenka Gluvnova for really helping me. I had, I had problems with Reishi I have Insulin Dependent Diabetes and just, I had low blood sugar or Hypoglycemia. And the doctor advised me. So now I don't have a problem with Reishi anymore. I take one capsule daily after meals and one hour after medication. Whoever has Diabetes whether medication and Insulin dependent so I recommend to take really carefully. Everyone's body is different and they have to try the Vital Sponges that work for them. I take Reishi 1 capsule a day Hercium and Chaga Siberian 2 times a week and Cordyceps 1 capsule a day also. Or I take Cordyceps 1 capsule the next day. The body will tell itself what is good for it and especially in what quantity to take the Vital Sponges from Myco Medica.
